The Vultures vs. The Silent Sympathizers

The worst people are not the ones who rip me to shreds like vultures.  At the very least - whether they realize it or not - these people bring awareness to this issue.  To the contrary, the worst people are the ones who read an article about a revenge porn victim, think to themselves, "Oh no, poor woman,” and then click on to the next article.  They don’t raise a fuss.  If I had to choose between these silent sympathizers and the vultures, I’d choose the vultures. Their voices might sound like nails on a chalkboard, but at least it gets people wondering what the hell they’re screeching about.
