Letter to Facebook Re: Pink Meth
A couple of years ago, Facebook sent Hunter Moore, owner of the now defunct IsAnyoneUp.com, a cease and desist letter through their attorney, Joseph P. Cutler. In this letter, Facebook indicated that Mr. Moore was violating their terms of service by posting Facebook users' profile screenshots to his website without permission.
Hunter Moore posted the letter online. A copy of it can be found here.
It is as follows:

Now that PinkMeth is emulating IsAnyoneUp through the posting of Facebook users' profile screenshots, I emailed Mr. Joseph P. Cutler, Facebook's attorney, about PinkMeth's violation of Facebook's terms of use.
Facebook has a reputation for caring about their users and they have brought so much good to our lives. It really stinks that PinkMeth is using their product to promote devastation and harassment. I sent the email March 9, so I hope we hear back from them.
