STEP A - Helpful Hints

DISCLAIMER: I am not an attorney.  These are just steps that I have followed to get my photos removed.  I have been successful getting my photos down with copyright infringement claims; hopefully, you will be successful with this, too. However, remember that the perpetrator can keep posting the photos to various sites, as in my case. That's why it's important for you to sign the petitions for amendment of cyberharassment laws.  Once they are amended, the perpetrators will face potential time in jail and be slapped with some really nice fines.

I should note that many attorneys are coming forward to help victims, too.  I will be updating this site with their contact information soon. *Update: Their names are in the index to the right.
