Step-by-Step Instructions: Remove Content from Google

The following are screenshots from "Removing Content from Google." If you are the copyright owner of the photos, then follow the steps immediately below. If you are not the copyright owner, but you are acting as an agent for the copyright holder, please scroll down until you see "For Agent of Copyright Holder."

*Special Note: When you type your first name, type only your first initial. After you submit your DMCA to Google, they make your DMCA notice publicly available (for those who know who to find it). This way, when people google your full name, your DMCA notice should be less likely to show up in search results.

* The section "Where can we see an authorized example of your work?" might require you to paste the links to you photos even though it's not considered an authorized publication.

 

Click on "Submit" and you are done!
